Berrisford Baking and Confectionary Company was founded by Thomas Berrisford and his brother Enoch. They were located at 374, 376, and 378 N. Robert St. Berrisford B&C was bought by American Biscuit and Manufacturing Company which later merged with the National Biscuit Company (NABISCO) in 1898. Frank (was) transferred to NABISCO in Chicago, presumably when the St. Paul bakery was closed.
