I hereby certify that on the Ninth day of November, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-three, I, the undersigned, a Catholic Priest, did join in the Holy Bonds of Matrimony, according to the Laws of this State, John Kelly, of St. Paul, and Mary Pillen [sic], of St. Paul, after having examined both of the parties, and being satisfied that there was no legal impediment thereto.
